About ME

My name is Gavriel (GAH-VREEL), an Ojibwe Native-American and founder of Studio Zakaan. ZAKA'AN is an Ojibwe word which means "to light, or set on fire." My philosophy is that gifts are given to be shared, and that art should be accessible, inspire and bring joy.
